Course Work and Final Exam:
Course work for Logistics Decision Modelling includes:
- 6 "Term Assignments" (50%)
- A "Take Home" Final Exam (in the form of a final, comprehensive assignment) (50%)
On average, students tell us that this course requires a commitment of
6-8 hours a week to complete the readings and assignments, and prepare
for the final examination.
Term Assignments – 50% of course mark
All six assignments for Logistics Decision Modelling are
completed and submitted online through the course site. The due dates
for the individual assignments will be listed on
your course website.
Final Exam / Assignment – 50% of course mark
The final exam/assignment for Logistics Decision Modelling
is a comprehensive case analysis which will draw from the knowledge and
experience gained through the six assignments completed during the
course of the semester.
The final exam/assignment is also submitted online, due by a
specified date at the end of the semester. Your final assignment/exam
due date will be provided on your course site and will be posted on the Key Dates page for upcoming semesters when it is available.
Learning Assessment and Grades
Grades are reported as Honours, Pass, or Fail. To obtain a Pass,
learners must earn a minimum grade of 50%. To achieve Honours, learners
must earn a total grade of 80% or higher.
The final grade is assessed based on both term work and the final examination, as follows:
- 6 Term Assignments (50%)
- Final Exam / Assignment (50%)
Approximately one month after the final exam, you will receive your course results from CITT.
